form of food. Those are the keys to the “Au Gourmand”
series. Thirteen of the world’s best chefs will be our
guides in this universe made up of flavors, textures,
sensations, ingredients and smells.
The personalities of these professionals, the creative
value and the painstaking care put into their creations have
earned all of them at least three stars in the Michelin guide.
The “Au Gourmand” series (13 x 55’) isn’t about magic
recipes or kitchen secrets. We are not talking about cooking
times or culinary tricks. We are talking about art, about
delighting the senses, about foams, caramels and jellies that
are attempting to awaken new sensations. We are talking
about a philosophy of life, we are talking about art, but art in
the kitchen.
This is a program that aims to be different, even in its
production style. With Alfredo Mayo, the famous director of
photography, we delve into a kitchen filled with colors,
essences and reflections. Attention is paid to every last detail.
